A channel to access, update, rectify, or delete your personal data, or revoke a previously granted authorization.
Write to us stating your request (inquiry, complaint, update, rectification, deletion, or revocation) and your contact details so we can respond. We will process your request within the deadlines set by Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and its implementing decrees, and send you an automatic acknowledgment of receipt.
